Pumìe Ancestral Method

Pumìe is a sparkling wine made from 100% Nocera grapes, vinified using the ancestral method. On the nose, it gives notes of red apple and raspberry with aromatic smells of rose, while on the palate, citrus hints emerge, like pink grapefruit and lime followed by delicate notes of basil.
